Vangie
Palawan Island

Ate Vangie, is one of the BHWs of Brgy. Pinaglabanan in Quezon that we implemented filtration systems with last June. Visiting remote villages with homes spread apart mean walking regularly through steep terrain in the heat, or sliding in mud and wading through rivers during monsoon season to bring vitamins, deliver mosquito nets to prevent malaria, and do regular checks.
For Ate Vangie, access to clean water means seeing less struggle for the Palaw'an villages that she serves. For her, this means seeing a healthier community, and more time and resources for the IPs to use to better their life.

With your support, and in the spirit of bayanihan, we'll be able to do more.
For every PHP 50 donated, one Filipino will be provided clean water access.
